IMPORTANT NOTICE: This document describes what you will receive if you consent to receive commercial communications from beeside, how you may unsubscribe at any time, and how this choice relates to your personal data protection rights. Consenting to these communications is entirely optional and does not affect your access to any beeside service.
1. WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE IF YOU ACCEPT
By selecting the commercial communications checkbox, you agree that Innworking Networks, S.A. de C.V. may send communications to the email address registered to your account, which may include:
- News and updates about beeside and its services.
- Resources, guides, and content concerning business expansion and market entry.
- Use cases, success stories, and experiences from projects on the platform.
- Information about new features, Premium services, and special offers.
- Invitations to events, webinars, or content sessions organized by beeside.
1.1 Frequency
The usual maximum frequency is two (2) communications per week. During product launches or special events, the frequency may be higher; during periods without relevant news, it may be lower or zero.
1.2 Do we share your email address to third parties so they can send you their advertising?
No. Your email address and contact information will not be sold, transferred, or used by third parties to send you their own commercial communications. Only beeside (Innworking Networks, S.A. de C.V.) will contact you through this channel, using email delivery technology providers that act exclusively on beeside’s instructions as data processors and are subject to the same confidentiality and data protection obligations
2. HOW CAN YOU UNSUBSCRIBE — UNSUBSCRIPTION METHODS
You may stop receiving commercial communications from beeside at any time, without providing any justification, through any of the following methods:
2.1 Unsubscribe Link in Each Email (Recommended)
Each commercial email sent by beeside will include a Cancelar suscripción / Unsubscribe link in its footer. When you click the link, your unsubscription is processed automatically.
2.2 Direct Request by Email
Send an email to the privacy address indicated in Section 6 with the subject line “Baja comunicaciones comerciales” and the name or email address registered to your beeside account.
The unsubscription will be processed within a maximum of five (5) business days after the request. During that period, you may receive a communication that was already in the process of being sent at the time you unsubscribed.
Unsubscribing from commercial communications does not affect the delivery of operational service emails (registration confirmations, project notifications, responses to requests), which are necessary for the services you use and are sent independently of this consent.
2.3 Can You Subscribe Again?
Yes. If you have unsubscribed and wish to receive these communications again, you may reactivate your subscription by updating your preferences in your account settings or by writing to us at the contact address in Section 6.
3. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS — RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
The processing of your personal data for commercial communications purposes is governed by the beeside Privacy Notice (FA-PRIV-1.0), available at beeside.you. The legal basis for this processing is your express consent, given by selecting the corresponding checkbox, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).
In addition to the unsubscription mechanism described in Section 3, you may directly exercise the following rights recognized in the beeside Privacy Notice (Section 12) to control the processing of your data for commercial purposes:

Withdrawal of consent and the exercise of the Right to Object or the Right to Cancellation with respect to commercial communications will be processed within the same time limits as the unsubscription mechanism in Section 3, unless they are formally exercised as ARCO rights, in which case the statutory time limits specified in the Privacy Notice will apply.
